ONLY YOU AND MARC will ever see the messages you post.  No one else has access to your messages.  To post a message, click on today's date - type in your thoughts - Submit.  To see older messages you've written, just click on one of the highlighted dates.  If you do not post a message once a week, an email will be automatically sent to Marc, informing him.  So keep it up!
